Psychotherapy is not just “reducing symptoms.” It is about understanding the self beneath them.
Psychotherapy is at the heart of meaningful and lasting change. No single therapeutic approach is right for every person, and healing often requires flexibility, curiosity, and an appreciation for the complexity of human experience.
My approach integrates elements of psychodynamic psychotherapy, analytical psychology, somatic-informed therapies, mindfulness-based approaches, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and motivational enhancement therapy. Rather than adhering rigidly to a single model, I draw from these perspectives according to each person’s needs, goals, and stage of healing.
Together, we explore patterns that may contribute to suffering, strengthen self-awareness, deepen emotional understanding, and cultivate greater freedom in how you relate to yourself and others.
Psychotherapy may be provided as a standalone service or alongside your work with an existing therapist. When appropriate, I collaborate closely with your therapist to support a more cohesive and effective treatment process.
