Care offerings designed to support healing at every stage — from symptom relief and stabilization to deeper emotional work and lasting transformation.
My approach to medication management is thoughtful, individualized, and collaborative. Psychiatric medications can be life-changing for the right person at the right time. They can reduce suffering, stabilize mood, improve sleep, decrease anxiety, support recovery, and help people regain the capacity to function, heal, and engage more fully in life.
Psychotherapy is not just “reducing symptoms.” It is about understanding the self beneath them.
Psychotherapy is at the heart of meaningful and lasting change. My approach integrates elements of psychodynamic psychotherapy, analytical psychology, somatic-informed therapies, mindfulness-based approaches, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and motivational enhancement therapy.
Substance use and addictive behaviors arise from a complex interplay of biology, life experiences, stress, habits, coping patterns, and the brain’s systems of reward and motivation. Together, we explore the underlying forces that keep people stuck — whether trauma, emotional pain, stress, habits, relationships, biology, fear of change, or confusion about what it means to let go. We work toward a life that feels more honest with yourself and more aligned with your values, relationships, and intentions.
Our approach emphasizes compassion, harm reduction, realistic goal-setting, and individualized treatment — including medication-assisted treatment (Buprenorphine/Suboxone may be available for appropriate candidates), relapse prevention, psychotherapy, and recovery support.
A structured arc of preparation, medicine session, and integration — pairing the rapid-acting effects of ketamine with the depth of guided psychotherapy. Delivered via sublingual lozenges or intramuscular injection, with full attention to set, setting, and the meaning that emerges.
